| My professional HR career spans twenty plus years across industry, accountancy and global HR consultancy firms. In January 2005 I set up my own coaching consultancy business.
As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, member coach with the Association for Coaching and BPS qualified, I work with my clients on business-critical, commercial and mutually fulfilling people development assignments. These assignments may be short-term and time-sensitive or I may be retained over a longer time-frame, but the assignment is always bespoke, personalized and specific in the outcomes we achieve together. |
Whilst experienced in the constraints and conventions of business, I am an expressive and passionate individual. I totally enjoy what I do, thrive on building long-term relationships with my clients and relish new and innovative situations. I am guided by traditional values, based on trust, integrity, authenticity, and mutual respect, which the case studies will testify.
