TRIPARTITE RELATIONSHIPS


We work together in a collaborative, tripartite
relationship between the individual, the
business sponsor and myself. Following the
initial consultation and situational analysis, we
agree our goals and work together to achieve
the changes imperative for mutual success.

COACHING PROGRAMME

Evidence-based 1-2-1 coaching programmes resulting in:

  • effective personal performance
  • enhanced value for the business
  • improved bottom line results

    METHOD: The mode of interaction is a blend of
    face-to-face coaching sessions, supplemented
    by telephone and on-line feedback, and
    evaluated by regular progress reviews against
    an agreed action plan. Whilst the process is
    consistent the individual profile which is
    generated is unique. Critical at the outset of
    any programme therefore is the diagnostic
    stage, in order to generate a personal profile,
    development action plan and recommendations.
  • OUTCOMES

    Only on completion of the diagnostic stage will
    we agree the appropriate type of coaching
    programme. A blend of development
    interventions (including training/shadowing/
    projects etc) are considered alongside
    coaching.

    On completion of a coaching programme, the individual is more successful at:

  • setting and achieving stretching personal goals aligned with the business strategy
  • operating in a self-aware, resilient and
    focused style
  • developing key relationships internally and externally
  • achieving their true potential and career aspirations
